(2) Verification of water pollution sources and sampling and testing operations: As of November 30th, 210 inspections have been completed, with a completion rate of 100%. According to the statistics of the distribution of inspection industries, animal husbandry is the most, followed by catering, tourist hotels (restaurants), and construction sites. These three industries accounted for 52% of the total number of inspections; 60 water quality sampling and testing operations were completed, and 5 enterprises released water inspection reports that did not meet the requirements, including Rifeng Animal Farm, Tabiras Ranch, Catholic Hualien Diocese Medical Taitung St. Mary's Hospital, RT-Mart Distribution Co., Ltd. (8) Assisting agencies in the assessment of river pollution control: According to the review opinions of the Environmental Protection Agency, the annual specific actions and key performance indicators (KPIs) of key measuring stations in the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Assessment" in 2011 have been revised.
